New and active listings see double-digit increases in latest FRESH Report

Both new and active listings in Houston saw annual increases in February, as reported by the First Real Estate Snapshot of Houston. Realtors added 13,366 properties to the MLS, marking a 10.4% year-over-year increase. Active listings rose to over 31,000, a 31.7% increase from the previous year. The average list price also increased by 3.5%, reaching $427,924, compared to $413,508 a year earlier.
