Texas set a record with 14,418 million-dollar homes sold from November 2024 to October 2025, totaling $24.5 billion in sales, a 12% increase from the previous year. The Houston metro accounted for 27% of these sales, with nearly 3,950 homes sold at an average price of $379 per square foot and a median closing price of $1.39 million. Houston's luxury homes averaged 4,397 sq ft, larger than typical homes in the area.
